Jay Prepchuk’s Quarterback Academy & Receiver Camps

GeroyParis_ComboJay Prepchuk’s Quarterback Academy & Receiver Camps  are the only high performance and skill building camps of their kind in Canada. GEROY SIMON and PARIS JACKSON are the guest coaches for this year’s Receiver Camp.

Geroy Simon attended the University of Maryland where he finished second on Maryland’s all time receiving charts. Geroy was a fourteen year veteran of the CFL. He is a 7 time CFL All Star, and in 2006 was the CFL’s MVP.

Paris Jackson, is a graduate of Carson Graham High School, ia an eleven year CFL vetern currently playing for the Edmonton Eskimos. In 2008 Paris was named to the CFL West All Star Team and was the BC Lions nominee for the Most Outstanding Canadian.
 The Receiver Camps are designed to offer receivers an opportunity to further develop the skills required for this highly specialized position.
 The Receiver Camps will be held at the Burnaby 8 Rinks Indoor Turf field and Renfrew Park in Vancouver in conjunction with the Quarterback Academy. This 5 hour session will consist of 4 hours of instruction followed by a classroom session on:

Quarterback Academy & Camps

The Jay Prepchuk Quarterback Academy is the only high performance and skill building academy of its kind in Canada. Jay Prepchuk is the former University of British Columbia Head Football Coach and was the leading all time passing QB in the NAIA for SFU, setting 15 University passing records. Coach Prepchuk’s career includes 4AA Provincial Championships and he was a guest coach with the BC Lions in 2002. Jay won the prestigious Orange Helmet Scholastic Coach of the year award in 2013 and is presently the Head Coach of the Team BC U18 team. Coach Prepchuk’s years of experience as an academic counselor provides these student athletes with an overview of what it takes to get to the next level both academically and in football.

The Quarterback Academy is designed to offer quarterbacks an opportunity to further develop the skills required for high performance in this highly unique position.

Professional, University, Junior Coaches and Quarterbacks will make guest appearances.

The Quarterback Academy will host camps at the Burnaby 8 Rinks Indoor Turf field and two outdoor sessions at Renfrew Park in Vancouver. Sessions 1, 2, 3 & 4 provide a total of 4 hrs of instruction time and a one hour classroom session on:
